KHOUTORSKY LAB

McGill University | Montreal, Quebec

About Us

Welcome to the Khoutorsky Lab at McGill University, here in the beautiful city of Montreal! We are interested in understanding the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying sensitization of peripheral and central nociceptive circuits in chronic pain conditions. We are also interested in studying the mechanisms underlying neuropsychiatric disorders such as Fragile X syndrome and autism. We use state-of-the-art biochemical techniques, as well as electrophysiological, and behavioural analysis with the goal to identify novel molecular targets and develop better therapeutics for these conditions.

We are always looking for highly motivated postdocs, PhD and Master's student as well as undergrads to join our research group.
